When a product has to serve several clients within one platform, a standard web application architecture is no longer enough. You have to provide for data isolation between tenants, different access roles, feature limits by pricing plan and stable operation under load. A SaaS platform is designed not only as a user interface, but as a product system with subscription management, payments, limits and client administration.

Such a system covers the centralised management of client accounts, pricing plans, access and the subscription life cycle. It lets you separate data between organisations, configure permissions for different roles and control the use of features or resources. For product teams it is also the basis for usage analytics, client support, payment records and change management, without a separate installation for each client.

The work includes designing the multi-tenant architecture, the data model, the access roles, the admin panel and the user accounts. Billing, pricing plans, subscriptions, trial periods, limits, payment statuses and the scenarios for blocking or changing access are worked through separately. On the technical side we provide APIs, background jobs, queues, caching, logging, monitoring and mechanisms for scaling under load.

SaaS platforms often use integrations with payment systems, CRM, authorisation services, email and SMS providers, analytics and support systems. If the product serves corporate clients, SSO, API integrations, data import and export, webhooks and connections to external accounting systems may be needed. The integration layer is designed so the platform's logic is not tied to a single third-party service without reason.

Implementation starts with an analysis of the product logic, the roles, the pricing model and the use cases. From there come the technical architecture, the backlog, prototypes of the key screens and a release plan, from MVP to the following functional iterations. After development we test multi-tenancy, access rights, payment scenarios, load and error states, and then prepare the platform for launch and ongoing support.
