Launching an IoT platform is only the beginning of its life cycle. Once the system is in operation, new sites appear, additional equipment gets connected, requirements for analytics change, and the need arises for new integrations and automation scenarios. Support for an IoT platform is therefore not about fixing isolated technical problems, but about developing the system in step with changes in the business and its infrastructure.

This matters especially for resource monitoring platforms, dispatching systems and multi-site solutions, where the number of data sources and users keeps growing. Over time the requirements for reporting, the structure of sites, the control algorithms or the integration with other corporate systems may change. Without planned development, even a well-built platform gradually falls behind the actual needs of operation.

We provide technical maintenance for IoT platforms, oversee the stability of the services, monitor the key components and support users. During operation we analyse performance, check that integrations work, verify that telemetry is collected correctly, and respond promptly to changes in the infrastructure or in external services.

We build new modules, extend monitoring and dispatching, add reporting and analytics tools, create new user roles and improve how the system works with data. The system develops gradually, without starting a new project or migrating to a different platform.

A significant part of developing IoT solutions is connecting new sites and equipment. We integrate additional meters, sensors, controllers and other telemetry sources, adapt the platform to new types of data and make sure it is processed correctly within the existing architecture. The system scales while the standards of monitoring and management stay the same.

New integrations are often needed during operation as well. We extend the platform's exchange with ERP, BAS, CRM, billing systems, external services and analytics platforms, so that telemetry serves not only monitoring but the automation of business processes and management decisions.
