Corporate platform

When internal processes are spread across spreadsheets, email, messengers and several accounting systems, the team loses control over statuses, data and responsibility. A corporate platform is needed when a standard CRM or ERP cannot cover the company's specific logic. Such systems usually bring several departments, external partners or regional offices into one working environment.

The platform can cover requests, approvals, document flow, dealer operations, enquiry records, order control, partner portals or internal operational processes. Access, working scenarios, statuses and data restrictions are configured for each role. Manual duplication disappears, errors drop, and the system keeps a transparent history of what was done.

The work includes business analysis, a description of roles and scenarios, architecture design, UX/UI, backend logic and the administrative side. The system can consist of separate modules: user accounts, requests, catalogues, reports, documents, notifications, reference data and analytics panels. Access rights, action logging, performance, security and further support are thought through separately.

Corporate platforms often integrate with ERP, CRM, BAS, payment services, delivery providers, BI systems, telephony, email services and external APIs. Data can move through REST APIs, webhooks, message queues or scheduled exchange. Where the system handles critical operations, we additionally design validation, error logging and synchronisation control.

Implementation starts with discovery or a specification that fixes the processes, roles, integrations and priorities of the first release. The platform is then developed in iterations: prototype, core architecture, key modules, integrations, testing and launch. After release, users can be onboarded in stages, administrators trained, technical support provided under an SLA, and functionality developed on the basis of real use.
